Rick Duncan, MAI, SRA
Rick has been involved in real estate appraising for 35 years. During this time, he has been involved in a wide range of appraisal practices, including anything from residential appraisals to complex commercial assignments.
In addition to real estate appraising, Rick Duncan is a third-term appointed member of Eugene Planning Commission, a 7-member group whose aim is to enhance the community’s quality of life by influencing its growth and development. As a Planning Commissioner, he also serves on the Envision Eugene Community Resource Committee, as well as several of its’ subcommittees.
Rick is also a member of Eugene Southtowne Rotary International, a humanitarian service organization focused on fulfilling community needs on both local and international levels.
Corey Dingman, MAI
Corey Dingman has worked in commercial real estate appraisal with Duncan & Brown since graduating from the University of Oregon in 1993. Corey specializes in multi-family valuation and condemnation appraisals.
A native Eugenean, Corey maintains a high level of professional and community involvement through many activities. He is currently on the board of directors for Springfield/Eugene Habitat for Humanity.
Corey is an MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute.
Jasen Hansen, MAI
Having practiced residential and commercial real estate appraisal with Duncan & Brown since 1998, Jasen Hansen has extensive appraisal experience in all types of commercial and residential properties.
Jasen, a lifelong Eugenean, participates in a variety of local activities including being a board member for NEDCO, the Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation, since 2006. NEDCO is a local non-profit that assists first-time home buyers and small businesses, and participates in neighborhood revitalization projects.
Jasen is an MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute since 2009.
